Nicely made and the PBT double shot keycaps are just fine. Overall very happy with purchase. (Posted on 6/10/17)

Clears are awesome. Great keyboard, got the Barebones one since I had a set of caps, really pleased with the purchase. (Posted on 2/20/17)
Very solid choice! Review by John

Love the 10-keyless! WASD does a good job providing a solid construction. I got the MX Clears, put 2 o-rings on each key stem, and used my own double-shot PBT caps. Everything feels pretty great!

Minor annoyances for me:

1. The keyboard presents certain special key events as non-standard events. For instance, xev reports that "Pause" is some special XF86_Launch_Event or something similarly named instead of just "Pause" like most keyboards do. It just means mapping hotkeys to those keys isn't as portable, but still works.

2. I really want to find a board that has a DIP switch to turn Caps Lock into Escape, but I've never found this yet. Can usually just do this in software anyway.

Not sure how the company feels justified charging so much for the o-rings - you can buy them much cheaper elsewhere. (Posted on 11/20/16)

indestructable badass keyboard Review by bo

I accidentally dropped it on concrete a couple times, used it every day outside (in dust and rain) for over year, never cleaned it... and it STILL worked for a long time (until I broke it trying to open it up). Tech support was super-helpful too. So I just ordered another one.

I recommend the blue switches for coding or writing (if you don't mind the clicking sounds). Also, if you want to *really* learn how to touch type, get blank key caps and two textured key caps to replace the F and J keys. I love this keyboard. (Posted on 9/17/16)
Almost Perfect Cherry Keyboard Review by loki
Rating
Pros:
+ Build quality: Easily the best that I have seen on a cherry keyboard. Plate mounted switches are great. The body is solid and made of matte, textured plastic that doesn't show fingerprints.

+ Non-Blinding LEDs: Nice and small LEDs to alert you to caps lock or scroll lock status above the insert key group.

+ Compact body: Body is not much bigger than the keys themselves.

+ PBT doubleshot keycaps: feel great, and won't get shiny like ABS keycaps and won't have the lettering wear out with time.

+ Customizability: dip switches let you configure the keyboard, turning on things like media modifier keys.

Cons:
- Cannot swap left caps lock and left control. Can only convert left caps lock into another control key. Makes this feature slightly less useful than on other high end, capacitive electrostatic keyboards.

- No alternate keycaps for when the left caps lock has been turned into control key (ideally it would come with swapped pair control--caps lock pair, see above)

-PBT keycaps are coated with some sort of antibacterial UV coating. This reduces the nice, grainy, texture of PBT keys and has started to wear off / cloud on parts of my keyboard. I am not sure why this coating needs to be there, other PBT keycaps do not all have this.

-Slightly inconsistent symbol thickness in the doubleshot keys. All of the letters look just right, and many of the symbols do too, but some of them look slightly thinner, see "{", "}", "|", "Alt", "Ctrl".

All in all, I think this is a great keyboard, and with a few small tweaks (v3 maybe?), it could be the perfect cherry mechanical keyboard. (Posted on 8/31/16)
Quite Good Review by W4RH4WK

After all, a little expensive, but it looks solid and does what i want it to do. The only little issue i have encountered so far is that the left shift key feels a little bit off when hitting it not exactly in the center of the key.

Note that i use the ANSI layout with the wider shift key, ISO layout may not have this issue. (Posted on 6/28/16)

These are a joy to type on. I'm a software engineer and spend much of my time hammering on a keyboard. I bought two of these; one for the office, and one for home. I love them! (Posted on 4/20/16)
Great Keyboard - Not so great Keycaps Review by David
Rating
Knocking 1 star off because the overall build quality and features of the V2 are great but what I didn't like was the UV coating on the keycaps. They are grippy and good for typing but they attract dust and are difficult to keep clean. It's a real shame because the doube shot PBTs are very nice if it wasn't for the coating they use. I returned the keyboard to purchase a bare bones since I really did like the keyboard and WASD customer service is fantastic. (Posted on 4/8/16)
