WASD custom was the only company that offered every feature I wanted in a keyboard. Their online customizer, while not 100% easy and simple to use, is very flexible. I used template for custom key design with some keys laser etched and engraved. It looks very much as I expected. This is my first mechanical keyboard not counting IBM Model M years ago.

PROS:
I've been using it for couple months now: did some typing and gaming to actually get used to it. Performs very well and I enjoy using it.
Overall the keyboard is very rigid, feels very sturdy. Rubber grips are large and stay put.
I like the quality of plastic of keys and the frame.
The manufacturing and shipping was pretty quick.

NEUTRAL: (as in: it's not bad for me by any means)
LEDs are super bright if you look at them directly, but with the angle I look at it when it’s on the table, I can’t even see the lights (the numpad keys are in the way).
It is tall. (The distance from the table to the top of the key)
Braided cord looks sweet. (I don’t know how this affects its durability, since the keyboard is rarely moved)
N-key rollover is nice.

CONS:
Some thin lines came out unfilled with paint. The thing to remember though, it was my vector graphic design not standard choice and I didn't know how it would turn out. (thus, a tip for making your design from template: don’t make lines too thin. 0.5 mm lines appear great though)

I bought a set of custom keycaps for my KBT Pure. Basically, this was the best and cheapest option to get exactly what I wanted, plus extras for me (since my keyboard is a smaller compact size, it means that I could customize the number pad and such for extra keys).

I love this. I really love how the keys look, and the colors are great.

Very happy with my keyboard, went with Cherry MX Browns switches with no dampeners. A tool is provided and is very easy to remove keys for: replacing keys, cleaning or just checking "under the hood". They keys themselves feel great and it arrives in a very nice box.

I went with blank keys with only the spacebar being laser etched with a nickname. Adjusting to blank keys has been easy, it's a bit tricky with the symbols at first. But overall worth it as it looks cleaner and visually appealing to me. It appears the colour options have changed recently and I'm glad as the lighter blue looks so much better! Went with mostly white keycaps, but the few colours I did are accurate to what you see in the designer.

This is a high quality mechanical keyboard, definitely recommend!

Everything was exactly as resented. I had help using their .AI files to make sure everything was correct befor sending the design I wanted. Customer services helped me quickly and efficiently.

The only reason I don't give 5 on 5 is because the final print is not as vivid as it could be. (But it was expected)

This is an excellent keyboard. I spent a couple hours making a heavily-customized layout, Dvorak and qwerty legends, the caps lock key is labeled ctrl, everything I've always wanted in a keyboard. It came out exactly like it looked on the designer, everything is perfect. They were really helpful and responsive over email when I wanted to change something after the order too. The keyboard is top quality and customized exactly as I ordered it. I expected this, however WASD keyboard service went above and beyond when I had changed my mind last minute after ordering on a specific keycap color for 6 keys. I emailed them asking if I could switch and shortly after I received and email back that said that they had switched it for me. The customer service for WASD is great and I am very satisfied with my new keyboard. (Posted on 5/8/13)

Was not sure that ordering through the custom layout maker would create high quality caps, but it absolutely did. (The only dislike would be that my J key, in the font that I chose, ended up just looking like a long lowercase i. No big.) (Posted on 5/8/13)
